We use Australia Post trackable EParcel and will dispatch mail orders within 24 hours in most cases.
If you lodge your order by 11am, we'll do our best to dispatch it that-day if possible
Some of our leather goods are made to order and these will take approx 14 days to deliver. These items are hand made upon ordering and not a bulk item.
We use Australia Post Airmail to dispatch articles overseas. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
NOTE: Various countries have their own import duties and taxes due on incoming purchases and these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest that you make yourself aware of what charges apply for your country before purchasing.

Our rope products carry a 12 month warranty. Should you find the item you have ordered does not fit, we are happy to exchange it if returned to us in good/unused condition.
We make every effort to ensure that all our items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you do find any item to be faulty, upon receipt, we will happily replace it.
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt of your order
The Items must be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging
No postage is refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, not if you make an incorrect choice or fail to verify or confirm information when ordering.
Refunds will only be paid by the same method as the original order.
